Velto is a ride journaling application designed to help users organize experiences, preserve memories, and create shareable content.

2. Free Allowance and Credits

• Velto includes free actions for core features.
• Additional actions may require credits.
• Credits are consumable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between users.

3. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content created within Velto. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and consequences of any content you export or share.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Velto in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to bypass usage or credit limitations through unauthorized means.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt app functionality.
• Misuse the app in ways that negatively affect other users or services.

6. Intellectual Property

Velto, including its software, trademarks, designs, and related materials, remains the property of Velto and its licensors where applicable.

7. Safety Disclaimer

Velto is intended for journaling and personal organization purposes only. It does not provide navigation, emergency assistance, or medical advice. Users should always follow applicable laws and exercise appropriate caution.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Velto is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the app.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Velto constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using Velto at any time by deleting the app from your device.
