Velto is designed with a local-first approach. Ride sessions, routes, memories, preferences, and other user-generated content are stored on your device. No account is required, and Velto does not provide cloud synchronization services.

1. Information We Collect

• User-generated content and preferences created within the app.
• Optional media selected or created by users.
• Credit balances and transaction records related to Apple In-App Purchases.
• Technical information necessary to provide app functionality.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and maintain app features and services.
• Manage credits and premium actions.
• Improve functionality, reliability, and user experience.
• Support exports, sharing, and other user-requested actions.

3. Permissions

Velto may request access to certain device features and system services when required to support app functionality and improve the user experience. Permissions can be managed at any time through iOS Settings.

• Advertising Identifier (IDFA), when supported by applicable features and subject to user authorization where required.

4. Data Storage

Content created within Velto remains stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share it. Deleting the app or removing its data may permanently erase local content.

5. Data Sharing

Velto does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except when required by applicable law or when you intentionally export or share content.

6. Data Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect locally stored information. However, no method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

7. In-App Purchases

Payments and transaction processing are handled by Apple. Velto does not collect or store payment card information.

8. Analytics and Identifiers

Velto may use system identifiers, notification services, or analytics technologies to support app functionality, improve performance, and enhance the user experience. Any tracking-related permissions are subject to user authorization where required by applicable platform policies.

9. Children's Privacy

Velto is not directed to children under the age of 13.
